Hi lovelies, on crystals there are no returns or exchanges. Once bought, sale is final. As for pendents, if one happens to be damaged when you open it, just send me a photo via instagram, twitter, snapchat, or email and I will be happy to fix it free of charge (Just pay shipping fee).
